We all know that someone who begs for pang, items, rares, astros, whatevers...is a great big pain the butt. And we all know that its against Alba's rules. That being said, I don't think it would be an entire waste of time to put it in our bylaws and have it readily accessible to anyone looking into our guild. We all know the rules but some people think that changes in a "family" setting. I think its such an issue as of late that maybe we should consider bringing it to the attention of any person considering joining this organization.

And along the same lines...If i had some clothes for Hannah or Arin (my characters) that i am not using anymore and I wanted to "donate" them to the pang pool for sale (proceeds to the pang pool), how would i go about doing that? Or maybe listing them for other members of our guild to use for their characters like a clothing exchange for members etc..

Anybody jump in here anytime...I am just throwing out some ideas.

And can anybody host a guild tourney?? Cuz if, in the future, I wanted to be generous and have a tourney where the prizes were say...ASTROS...am i allowed to post it or do i have to go through channels?

I am just trying to get a feel for how this works...that's all.

Another good idea, msbrattypants. Maybe we should have some guildlines/by-laws posted on the forum for all to see. That will have to be taken up the the fearless leaders (kj, stu,and kid) as to how they want this guild to go about its business. I'm sure they will take creative input from everyone in reguards to that. But this is their meatpie and they'll have to eat it. This also falls into place with your other suggestion to in the other post. One for by-laws/rules and the other as guild membership benefits/privilages.

Sounds like a good idea. I will put this in a notice on the forum and in the terms of agreement which is seen when someone registers on here. I think we could add it to the registration on OGP site too (maybe). I'll look into that.
As for donating old clothes etc. that are no longer wanted, how about if we have a dummy account for the guild (i.e., a player that just exists but is never used) which acts like a banker. Then all donations whether it be clothes, pang or maybe even astros can be donated to this character.
However, this might be a little tricky as someone would always have to sign into this account to receive the donations.
I dunno. Maybe someone can expand on this a little.

Not sure if this will fall in with by-laws, etc., i have some freetime at work, must be because of MLK day (phone's quiet), and checked out the membership list. We are at 51 members in-game now and 37 registered on the forum (some guild, some not). Scanning some on that list one is a return (Chief420), one I have never seen on since day one (lovelock), and of course the fresh meat from the past month. Now I haven't played everyone in the guild when we were smaller with the differenct schedules and time zones. I was wondering if there was a way to say, 'hey! you gonna play alba or what?' They dont have to be on every day playing GBs for hours just hop on say hi and maybe play a quick 3 hole with someone if anyone is on. With the guild tab working, this shouldn't be a problem. Not wanting to throw the baby out with the bathwater just yet; I know everyone is here to have fun. I know Stu and J have better access to the members maybe put out an APB for everyone to at least check in with guild once a week (get in touch with J, Stu or Ken). maybe even set up alternate meeting times as well if it can be done. Most I know some can swing the Fri 5pm OGP time slot; others cannot.

Just going from experiance with my alternate acct in another guild. I havent played it in like a month and no one seems to play when i log for Clubstar.

Oh, FYI, this ties me with rezak , (:P)
